NBA Tips and Multi bet of the Weekend| 10 February

The NBA slate is predictably short on Super Bowl Sunday in the U.S. Just three contests are on the schedule and this article takes a closer look at two of them. Philadelphia visiting Milwaukee in a matchup of preseason contenders and the surprising Pistons hosting Charlotte.

Read on to get some expert inside betting tips for these games and our free Multi Bet of the Weekend!

Philadelphia 76ers vs. Milwaukee Bucks

10 February, 6:00, Fiserv Forum

Joel Embiid is finally making his way back from injury and the Sixers’ outlook for this season is growing rosier by the day. They’re currently 1.5 games behind the last Play-In spot and hoping to close that gap as the NBA heads into the All-Star break at the end of the week.

While Embiid is listed as questionable to play Sunday, the Bucks’ own MVP is officially out. It will be Giannis Antetokounmpo’s fourth straight missed game with left calf soreness. He has yet to play with newly acquired via trade teammate, Kyle Kuzma.

Look for last-minute injury updates but even if Embiid doesn’t play, Paul George should and Giannis is already ruled out. Take Philly to cover and make sure to check out the great 1.87 odds at Playup for 76ers +2.5.

Philadelphia 76ers vs. Milwaukee Bucks

10 February, 6:00, Fiserv Forum

In these last three games without Giannis, the Bucks failed to hit the Over in each one. However, before that streak, Milwaukee had surpassed the Over in 10 of their previous 12. Yet another testament to the key role Giannis plays on that squad.

The Sixers have fared well lately in this column, hitting the Over in five of their last seven contests. For the season, they are 8-7 getting the Over in games Embiid has played. But they have reached it in their previous five with him and six of their last seven.

Even with Giannis Antetokounmpo sitting this one, expect the rest of the Bucks to step it up. The 1.90 odds at Betright look like an excellent play to make for taking the Over 225.5.

Charlotte Hornets vs. Detroit Pistons

10 February, 5:00, Little Caesars Arena

This one’s a matchup of two teams going in very different directions. The Hornets have the second-worst record in the Eastern Conference at 13-36. The Pistons, under new head coach J.B. Bickerstaff, are currently sitting at 26-26 and the number five seed in the East. Quite a marked improvement from last year’s 15th-place finish.

While the Pistons’ Cade Cunningham, recently named to his first All-Star team, is probable with an ankle injury, the Hornets may be fairly undermanned after making a slew of trades in recent days.

Already missing Brandon Miller and Grant Williams for the rest of the season, they may also be without the recently acquired Jusuf Nurkic, Josh Okogie, Dalton Knecht, and Cam Reddish.

It all points to Detroit coasting in this one so consider the Pistons -9.5 with Befocus at 1.85 odds with your NBA parlay picks.
