Best Multibet Tips of the Weekend | March 29th

We have three selections from a string of Group race contests on Saturday at Rosehill which we have combined for a multibet

It is Rosehill where we look for multibet selections this week, taking on the horse racing bookmakers with picks in both of the Group 1 races on the card. There are also another six group races split into three Group 2s and three Group 3s.

Rosehill R4 #1 - Ceowulf $1.60

Has performed well so far this prep, in races that are below his optimum distance. Those included a close third in the George Ryder last week when only beaten by Gringotts and Fangirl. Things did not drop his way when he last tried 2000m, covering far more ground than the winner did that day. Saluted in both the Epsom and King Charles in the spring over 1600m, with this a Group 2 race compared to that pair at the top level. Can do well for covering the extra distance again and should find this to his liking.

Rosehill R6 #1 - Treasurethe Moment $1.60

With seven wins so far in her nine career starts, she has looked like one of the most progressive mares in the country in the process. She steps back up to Group 1 company here, the winner of the VRC Oaks on her only prior attempt at this level. Her wins so far this prep have come over 1400m and 1600m and she will appreciate stepping back up to 2000m here. She might not want the ground to get any softer but she has a clear class edge over this field.

Rosehill R8 #1 - Dubai Honour $3.40

The British raider represents the powerful William Haggas and Tom Marquand combination who have done so well with runners in Australia in recent years. Won this race in 2023 before heading to Randwick and following up in the Queen Elizabeth. The form that he has shown on the international stage since his last visit to Australia has been stronger than he showed before heading here for those two wins. If he can run to the same level as he showed last time out when second in the Hong Kong Vase, he is going to take all the beating.
