This is one of the big clashes of the day as the Australian racehorse of the year elect takes on Dubai Honour. The William Haggas-trained gelding is unbeaten in three starts in Australia but he was well behind Via Sistina on the only prior occasion they clashed. That was in the 2023 Champion Stakes at Ascot where the mare came out six and a half lengths in front. Dubai Honour has to give her more weight on Saturday than he did that day and he is drawn wide.

There is a lot to get excited about on Saturday with the quality of racing at Randwick as high as any card in 2025 so far. The volume of top-notch runners on show will generate plenty of traffic for the betting sites as we look for a third straight winning multibet in a row.
